Terms of Service
SNACK’d is owned by Greenwood Foods Ltd.

We have written these terms so that we are clear with you what we are going to do and also, so you know what we need from you. We last updated them in September 2025. We review these regularly and update them as needed.

Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

  • Delivery costs are additional, inclusive of VAT, and calculated at checkout.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Orders
We may not be able to accept your order if:

  • the product is out of stock,

  • payment is not authorised,

  • a website error occurs,

  • limits per order are exceeded, or

  • there is a pricing or description error.

If you have allergies, please check packaging carefully. Our factory handles nuts.

Cancellations
Orders are sent for next-day delivery, so once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

  • Chilled products: DPD Next Day Delivery.

  • Non-chilled products: Yodel 48 hours.

  • UK delivery addresses only.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but refunds will be issued if your order cannot be delivered.

  • Once delivered, risk passes to you.

Returns
If unhappy, email hello@getsnackd.com within 14 days of receipt to request a refund. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
